Application in prescribed proforma are invited from eligible candidates for admission against the following Courses including NRI / Management Quota. The application form can be down loaded and sent to the Institution duly filled in along with photograph and all photocopies of relevant documents. A demand draft of Rs. 200/- drawn in favour of "Gayatri College of Pharmacy" payble at Sambalpur will be remitted along with the application form.
